For the recent fifteen years it has been transformed dramatically from the state monopoly to the fundamentally new structure that consists of the real market elements, such as developers and investors, constructors and realtors, special insurance companies and mortgage banks, construction materials and equipment manufacturers. Despite of the branch dynamic construction and real estate have been out of our attention for all these years. More over “Maximov Publications” has developed almost all major branches of Russian Market except construction. Such passivity in releasing this directory is explained by constant global structural changes in the market along with constant replacement of the major players. In addition, there has been strong unwillingness of the market participants to reveal their contact information. It is the normal process that all rental markets of Russia have passed – branches of Fuel and Energy Complex, Metallurgical and Transport Complex and others. Gradually realizing different branch projects we faced the same problems that were solved along with the development of the branch, from continuous repartitions to relatively civilized competitive relations, from total secrecy to understanding of necessity to be open in terms of information for the future development of a corporation, a company, and the branch. By our estimations, the time of construction and real estate market has come.
