The placement of the name in the calendar is free, but the status can be upgraded, making the presence of a person in the calendar more visible to the users. The best way is to place a photograph on the date of the person’s birthday. However, there are from 4 to 10 names to each date, though for technical reasons there can be just one photograph to one date. The price of the photograph’s placement in the calendar “The Authorities and Business in Russia” is 95580 rubles plus 60 copies as a free supplement, in sectoral calendars – 65490 rubles plus 30 copies. The free copies can be used as corporate New Year gifts. Such an approach can reduce promotion costs as calendars are in fact “two in one”: a corporate gifts and a PR event at the same time.
