HOW THE CALENDARS’ CONTENT IS FORMED

The main principle of the calendars’ content formation is free placement. 1500 persons are named in the calendar on the basis of the formal criteria (the heads of the state organs and federal regions of the RF), as well as on the basis of various economic, political and other ratings (Expert 400, Forbes 100, Finance 50, as well as industrial ratings). In fact, the calendars list people who form the political and business elite of Russian society, rated by an unusual criterion – their birthday date.
